Call on the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to Act
It is crucial that DEA does not let telehealth flexibilities lapse
Please join us in a letter to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), urging it to
- Engage directly with experts and stakeholders on policymaking that would continue access to telehealth while preventing diversion; and
- Ensure a plan is in place by the Fall of 2025 to prevent millions of Americans from losing access to their medical treatments in December of 2025.
We aim to send this to Terry Cole, the nominee for the DEA Administrator, once he is confirmed. The letter requests his leadership in ensuring that millions of Americans continue to have access to medically necessary health care through telemedicine after the current access deadline of December 31, 2025.
