There's so many opportunities right now - not just in telemedicine but technologically speaking. I know them, I build them. (Hint: blockchain). PA's need more autonomy and we need more tech-savvy skills to treat patients. I've found in my 30 year career in medicine that's it not always the best provider who delivers the best care, it's the one who has the most time to give to a patient, to care, and to work towards optimal health whether it's profitable or not. Fortunately, telemedicine provides the best of both worlds.
