Call on Congressional Leadership to Ensure Telehealth Access for Medicare Beneficiaries
It is crucial that Congress does not let telehealth flexibilities lapse in September
Please join us in a letter to Congressional Leadership calling for action on ensuring Medicare beneficiaries are able to access telehealth services after September 2025.
While we strongly support making Medicare telehealth access permanent, if that's not achievable at this time, we urge Congress to approve the longest possible extension - at minimum, a two-year extension is needed to ensure stability for patients, providers, and health care system as a whole.
The letter also argues that telehealth is a continuation of standing, bipartisan policy over the last five years and will not lead to new costs.
